• Runs a set of AI agents that build DAX measures, Power Automate flows, data pipelines and documentation. Every teammate uses at least two of them.
• Built an LLM-based model that matches open blockers with solved cases and proposes a fix. In active use.
• Designed the agents' control system over 6 months: written rules became automated checks, then guardrails that stop risky actions before they run.
• Set up program governance in 2 weeks, full rollout in 4 months: performance scoring and weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews on Power BI. Used by the team, leadership and the client.
• Automated data checks that caught reporting errors before they reached stakeholders.

• Raised order volume 35% by proposing, negotiating and launching the Publitas online catalog, with live stock and prices connected to the ERP.
• Generated 20,000 barcodes that used to be typed by hand, through a product-data system built alone in Excel, VBA and Power Query, with error checks before data reached the catalog and the ERP.
• Documented 10 years of systems and processes in 195 guides, plus an onboarding plan for the successor.
• Cut picking and invoicing errors and transport delays by simplifying logistics workflows.
