How I can help

I'm looking for PMO and program operations roles, in Montevideo or remote. Here's what I can take on from day one.

What I can take on

Program governance
Performance scoring and weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews, with the reporting in Power BI.
AI agents with controls
Putting agents to work on the team's technical tasks, with checks and guardrails around them.
Automating manual work
Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate and Power BI, plus data checks that catch errors early.
Documentation and handover
Writing down how things work so the team doesn't depend on one person.

Questions people ask

Are you a developer?

No. I build with AI: I decide what needs to exist, the AI writes the code, and I test and review it until it works. The only code I write by hand is VBA.

What tools do you use every day?

Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Power Automate, Excel and VBA, GitHub Copilot CLI, Claude Code and MCP.

How do you keep AI from making mistakes?

I don't trust it blindly. Every failure becomes a rule, rules become automated checks, and risky actions are blocked before they run. A person makes the final call. See how it works.

How fast can you get up to speed?

At TCS I had program governance working in 2 weeks, in a domain that was new to me. I've changed areas several times: administration, IT, marketing, project management and PMO.

Where can you work, and in what language?

Montevideo or remote. Spanish is my first language and I work in English every day.
